Regular assessment of student progress through tests, assignments and projects will be expected, with constructive feedback provided to both learners and parents.

The teacher will collaborate with senior staff to develop teaching resources, contribute to periodic curriculum reviews and support school initiatives aimed at improving overall academic performance. Maintaining accurate attendance records and timely submission of reports are also part of the duties.
Qualification and experience
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While TET or CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered an advantage. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Hindi, preferably at the school level, is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong command over Hindi language, effective classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
