NTT Mathematics Teacher Job in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh | School Recruitment
Role Summary
Gayatri Vidhya Mandir invites experienced Mathematics educators to lead its senior NTT section. This role combines hands-on classroom teaching with departmental leadership in a growing school in Khandwa. The position is designed for teachers who can shape young minds and guide the Mathematics curriculum from Nursery to Class V.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons aligned with NTT standards, ensuring clarity in number concepts, shapes, and basic arithmetic. Create engaging activities that make early math learning enjoyable for children aged 3 to 10. Regularly assess student progress through informal observations and simple record-keeping.
Collaborate with fellow NTT teachers to share best practices and maintain consistent lesson plans across sections. Mentor newly joined teachers by demonstrating effective classroom management and student engagement techniques. Conduct monthly team meetings to review lesson plans and address classroom challenges.
Monitor student performance in Mathematics, identifying learners who need extra support. Organize remedial sessions for students struggling with basic counting or shapes. Prepare monthly progress reports for parents and school management. Contribute to school events such as math fairs and parent-teacher meetings.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Elementary Education are eligible. Minimum five years of teaching experience in early childhood or primary Mathematics is required. Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification.
Candidates familiar with Madhya Pradesh’s primary curriculum and comfortable teaching in Hindi and English will have an advantage. Knowledge of local teaching methods and student psychology in Khandwa schools is beneficial.
