• Prepare and manage transport budgets, monitor fuel consumption, and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger manifests; generate reports for school administration.
• Liaise with parents and school staff to address transport concerns and improve service quality.
• Supervise and train transport staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of punctuality and safety.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry.
• Ability to analyse transport data and optimise routes.
