New World School | Morena is looking for a dynamic Sports professional to lead its co‑curricular sports programme in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. This full‑time position offers a salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month and requires at least three years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Plan, organise and supervise all school sports activities, including inter‑school competitions, annual sports day and daily physical education sessions. Manage sports equipment, maintain inventory records and ensure safety standards are met. Coordinate with senior management to develop a sports calendar that aligns with the school’s academic schedule. Mentor students in skill development, teamwork and sportsmanship, while fostering a healthy, active culture across the campus. Prepare reports on participation, performance and resource utilisation for the principal and board.
Requirements
Post‑graduate qualification in Physical Education, Sports Management or a related field (B.Ed/D.El.Ed preferred). Minimum three years of experience in school sports administration or a comparable leadership role. Strong knowledge of Indian sports regulations and ability to liaise with local sports bodies. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Preference given to candidates with TET/CTET certification, though it is not mandatory.
