About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our Biology department as a PGT Biology Teacher Job in Panna. As a PGT Biology Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the minds of our students, inspiring them to develop a deep understanding and appreciation of the subject. You will be part of a collaborative team of educators who are passionate about teaching and committed to providing a world-class education to our students.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Biology to students of the senior secondary classes
- Prepare and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require additional help
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum changes and improvements
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate regularly with parents
- Develop and maintain a well-equipped and organized classroom environment
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and activities that promote academic excellence and cultural growth
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on teaching methodologies and best practices
- Contribute to departmental meetings and contribute to policy-making and decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biology or related field (M.Sc. or M.A.)
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong knowledge of Biology and curriculum design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience in teaching Biology to senior secondary classes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to school-wide initiatives
