- Prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials for Hindi subjects, including senior secondary classes and board exam preparation.
- Teach Hindi literature, grammar, and language skills to students, ensuring a strong foundation in language and cultural studies.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes and academic policies.
- Provide guidance and support to students on their career goals and academic performance improvement.
- Assist in mentoring junior teachers and coordinating department-level activities.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and academic achievements.
- Participate in school events, activities, and cultural programs to promote Hindi language and culture.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Hindi language and literature, and incorporate this knowledge into your teaching practices.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi (M.A. Hindi) or a related field.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certification is desirable.
- NET or SET certification in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the Madhya Pradesh board curriculum and examination patterns is essential.
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Hindi language and literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans and instructional materials.
