- Foster a love for reading and writing among students, encouraging them to explore various genres and authors
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning, incorporating digital tools and resources to support English language skills
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments, as per school requirements
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student performance, progress, and areas of concern
- Participate in professional development programs to stay updated with best practices in English language teaching and learning
Who Can Apply
We invite experienced English teachers with a post-graduate degree (M.A. or M.Sc. in English) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching English to apply for this role. A B.Ed degree is mandatory, and a TET or CTET certification is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and Madhya Pradesh state board requirements is essential.
