Role Summary
We need a TGT Hindi Teacher to deliver structured lessons for middle and secondary classes at Sjs Public School Panna. You will build students’ vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension through thematic units aligned with the MP board syllabus. Regular assessments and feedback sessions will track progress and guide improvement.
How You Will Teach
Lessons will combine smart-board presentations, audio clips of poems and stories, and Google Classroom assignments for instant feedback. Students will submit weekly essays and grammar drills on the LMS, allowing you to review and annotate digitally. Blended learning days include flipped classroom tasks where students watch short videos on literary devices before live discussions.
Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare lesson plans and upload resources to Google Classroom every Sunday night.
Conduct smart-board sessions with embedded videos and pronunciation drills.
Mark online assignments and provide audio feedback where possible.
Organize monthly Hindi recitation and debate competitions using digital registration forms.
Collaborate with the English and Social Science teams to plan cross-subject literature projects.
Run remedial sessions via Zoom for students needing extra help before term tests.
Update the school LMS gradebook with scores within 48 hours of assessments.
Attend bi-weekly subject-teacher meetings to align teaching strategies with school goals.
Who Can Apply
Post-graduate candidates with a B.Ed or M.Ed in Hindi and three years of Hindi Teaching Job in Panna are eligible. NET, SET, or CTET holders will be preferred. Experience using digital tools in classroom teaching is required.
