Assessment and feedback
Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to track student progress. Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to help learners achieve their goals. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports.
Classroom management
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and mutual respect. Apply effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and a focused learning atmosphere.
Collaboration and professional development
Work with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay current with best practices in English instruction.
Student support and counseling
Identify students needing additional support and collaborate with guidance counselors to implement intervention plans. Offer mentorship and guidance to students preparing for competitive exams and college applications.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed required. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting. TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory. Strong command of English language and literature.
Compensation and location
Salary: Rs.16,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
