The classroom environment is inclusive and supportive, with a strong emphasis on individualized attention and feedback.
Day-to-Day Duties
* Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities
* Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and collaboration
* Develop and implement strategies to address student misconceptions and difficulties in Mathematics
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them updated on student progress
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement Mathematics projects and activities
* Stay updated with curriculum developments and best practices in Mathematics education
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
* Completed B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* TET or CTET certification (preferably) but not mandatory
* 2 years of full-time teaching experience in Mathematics
* Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum for grades 6-10
