2. Organize and supervise inter-house and inter-school Table Tennis tournaments within Satna and nearby districts.
3. Maintain equipment inventory, ensure proper maintenance of tables, rackets, and balls, and report any repairs needed.
4. Prepare monthly training schedules aligned with Delhi Public School’s sports calendar and academic calendar.
5. Identify and nurture talent for district and state-level competitions in coordination with school leadership.
6. Monitor student attendance and discipline during practice sessions and matches.
7. Submit weekly reports to the Sports Coordinator on student performance and training outcomes.
8. Assist in promoting sportsmanship and healthy competition among students through regular drills and motivational activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Prior experience in sports coaching, preferably in Table Tennis, is required. Knowledge of basic sports science and fitness principles is an advantage. Familiarity with sports management software or tools is desirable but not mandatory.
