Delhi Public School, Satna is looking for a dedicated TGT Science Teacher to join the academic team. The position is full-time for a graduate with a postgraduate qualification in Science and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Prior teaching experience of at least 2 years in a school environment is required. Candidates with TET or CTET will be preferred during selection.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons for classes 6 to 8 as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.
2. Prepare teaching aids and conduct practical demonstrations in the school laboratory.
3. Assess student performance through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.
4. Organize science-related activities such as quizzes, experiments, and field visits.
5. Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and lesson plans.
6. Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and events.
7. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events regularly.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Science from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution is mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school is required. TET or CTET qualified candidates will be given preference during shortlisting.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 based on qualification and experience.
