How You Will Teach
As an NTT English Teacher, you will use modern tools to deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. You will create and upload engaging content on Google Classroom, facilitate online discussions, and utilize digital resources to supplement traditional teaching methods. Our LMS will enable you to track student progress, provide feedback, and access a wealth of educational resources.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver interactive English lessons using smart boards and digital tools
- Create engaging content on Google Classroom and upload regular assignments and assessments
- Utilize LMS to track student progress, provide feedback, and access educational resources
- Conduct online discussions and facilitate peer-to-peer learning
- Develop and implement blended learning strategies to cater to different learning styles
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum-based projects
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student understanding
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills
Eligibility
- Graduate degree in English Literature or Education
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- NET or SET qualified (desirable)
- 2 years of experience in teaching English at the secondary level
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Ability to adapt to a rural teaching environment
