About This Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and accomplished Art And Craft Teacher to join our rural school in Budni, Sehore, Madhya Pradesh as a PRT Art And Craft Teacher or potential Head of Department. As a senior-level role, you will be responsible for leading the Art And Craft department, mentoring junior staff, and driving academic achievements.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement engaging Art And Craft curricula for students from class 1 to 8, aligned with the State Board of Madhya Pradesh curriculum.
- Conduct regular evaluations of students' art and craft projects, providing constructive feedback to improve their skills.
- Mentor junior staff members, including PRT teachers, to enhance their art and craft teaching techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate art and craft into the overall educational program.
- Oversee the inventory and maintenance of art and craft materials and equipment.
- Attend and participate in departmental meetings and parent-teacher conferences.
- Develop and implement plans to improve board results in Art And Craft subjects.
- Coordinate with the school administration to ensure compliance with State Board of Madhya Pradesh regulations.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.

This role is suitable for a highly qualified and experienced Art And Craft Teacher who possesses a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree and at least 5 years of teaching experience. A NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
