Organize monthly field trips to nearby historical landmarks or museums to reinforce classroom learning.
Assess student understanding through short quizzes, drawing exercises, and group projects instead of heavy written tests.
Collaborate with PRTs in other subjects to integrate Social Science with language and art activities.
Maintain anecdotal records of each student’s progress in Social Science, noting strengths and areas needing reinforcement.
Participate in monthly subject teacher meetings to share student work samples and refine teaching strategies.
Prepare simple teaching aids like flashcards, story cards, and timeline charts to support visual learners.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Minimum three years of full-time teaching experience in primary classes.
Familiarity with CBSE primary Social Science syllabus and basic classroom technology like smartboards is a plus.
No TET/CTET certification is required for this position.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary ranges from Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000 based on experience and qualifications.
In-house accommodation may be available for outstation candidates subject to availability.
