6. Develop and implement a school-wide programme to promote mental health and well-being, including stress management and resilience-building strategies.
7. Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and teachers on issues related to bullying, peer pressure, and social relationships.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with local community resources and external agencies to provide support and referrals for students and families.
Required Qualifications
* Post-graduate degree in Psychology or a related field (MA, M.Sc., M.Phil.)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a school setting
* Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, and knowledge of psychological theories and interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
* Familiarity with Indian education system and laws related to child development and protection
