- Departmental meetings: Attend and contribute to regular departmental meetings, discussing departmental goals, sharing ideas, and resolving issues.

- Continuous improvement: Reflect on and improve teaching practices, seeking feedback from colleagues, students, and parents.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching Evs in a school setting
- NET or SET in Education or a related field is preferred
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
