Role Summary
We seek an experienced and highly motivated TGT Science Teacher to join our team at Eknath Khadse Talent School in Muktainagar, Jalgaon. As a TGT Science Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and interactive Science lessons to students, promoting academic excellence, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our institution.
What You Will Do
- Conduct classes for students in Science, following the prescribed curriculum and syllabus.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, ensuring effective teaching and learning experiences.
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their academic growth.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs to enhance professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
- Contribute to the development of school policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Engage with parents, guardians, and community members to foster a positive school culture.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the TGT Science Teacher position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Science (B.Ed/D.El.Ed. required, TET/CTET preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Science.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
