Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Mathematics to senior secondary classes using a variety of instructional methods, including technology-enhanced approaches
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve academic performance
- Guide students in their preparation for board exams and other assessments
- Develop and implement departmental curriculum and assessments, in collaboration with senior faculty members
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop school-wide initiatives and programs
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on classroom instruction and academic planning
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents regarding student progress
