- Analyzing and interpreting student performance data to inform teaching and improve student outcomes.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to education.
- Maintaining positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
- Contributing to school events and activities that promote Mathematics education and awareness.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A B.Ed degree and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
- A strong background in Mathematics education, with a specialization in teaching Mathematics to primary school students.
- A good understanding of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) curriculum.
- Experience with activity-based learning and interactive teaching methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
