You will collaborate with the English department to design unit-wise assessments, ensuring alignment with school curriculum standards. Participation in departmental meetings and planning sessions is essential to refine teaching strategies and share best practices. Regularly reviewing student progress reports to identify areas needing extra support is also part of your role.
Periodic responsibilities include organizing cultural or literary events, such as poetry recitals, debate competitions, or guest lectures by authors, to enrich the English curriculum. You will participate in school-wide events like parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and growth.
