- Address parents’ concerns promptly and maintain clear communication channels.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Minimum 3 years experience in hostel or residential management, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse student groups.
- Good knowledge of safety protocols and first‑aid basics.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
