About This Role
As the senior-most Hindi teacher at Presidency English School in Parbhani, you will play a crucial role in shaping the language skills of our students and contributing to the development of the Hindi department. Day-to-Day Duties
* Curriculum ownership: Develop and implement the Hindi curriculum for classes 9-12, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines.
* Mentoring junior staff: Provide guidance and support to TGT Hindi teachers, assisting in their professional development and helping them improve their teaching skills.
* Board results: Oversee the preparation of Hindi papers for the board exams, ensuring that students receive high-quality guidance and support.
* Lesson planning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for classes 9-12, incorporating a range of teaching methods and materials.
* Classroom management: Maintain a well-organized and respectful classroom environment, promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
* Communication with parents: Keep parents informed about student progress, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
* Departmental meetings: Attend regular meetings with the Head of Department and other Hindi teachers to discuss departmental matters and share best practices.
* Staff development: Participate in staff development programs, enhancing your own teaching skills and knowledge.
