Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging Mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
* Foster a love for Mathematics among students, encouraging them to think critically and solve problems creatively
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum-aligned projects that promote interdisciplinary learning
* Communicate regularly with parents through parent-teacher meetings and progress reports, ensuring that they are informed about their child's academic journey
* Participate in school events and activities that promote Mathematics education and community engagement
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Mathematics education and integrate new ideas and resources into your teaching practice
* Contribute to school committees and working groups that focus on Mathematics education and curriculum development
* Support students with learning difficulties, providing additional support and resources as needed
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
Eligibility Criteria
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
* Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field
* Fluency in English and proficiency in Marathi (the local language)
* Experience of teaching Mathematics to students in grades 6-10
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
