Participation in school workshops on pedagogical innovations will be mandatory.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Three years of teaching experience in Mathematics, particularly in high school or equivalent, is required. Proficiency in English and fluency in Marathi are essential for seamless classroom interaction.
