Billabong High International School | Amanora seeks a dedicated PRT Physical Education Teacher to lead dynamic sports programs in Punecity, Pune. This role focuses on fostering physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline through structured PE activities for students. The ideal candidate will inspire young minds with engaging drills, games, and sportsmanship while aligning with the school’s holistic curriculum.
Design and conduct age-appropriate Physical Education classes covering athletics, swimming, gymnastics, and team sports. Develop and implement sports festivals, inter-house competitions, and extracurricular programs to boost student participation. Collaborate with the school’s sports committee to organize events like cricket tournaments, basketball leagues, and outdoor adventure activities.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during outdoor activities, including equipment handling and emergency preparedness. Maintain organized sports facilities, including gymnasiums, swimming pools, and playing fields, ensuring they meet school standards. Act as a mentor for student athletes, providing guidance on sports ethics, nutrition, and injury prevention.
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a minimum of three years of teaching experience in Physical Education. A graduate degree in Physical Education or related field is preferred. Experience in shaping young athletes’ skills and character is highly valued. No TET/CTET certification is mandatory but will be considered favorably.

When we started thinking about a school for our little one, the first thing that caught our eye was the campus on Tupe Patil Road, right behind Amanora Mall in Hadapsar. It’s a two‑acre space that feels more like a park than a typical school ground, with plenty of trees and open areas where the kids can actually breathe.
