Leadership Opportunity
As a TGT Hindi Teacher, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role at Podar Learn School,lavachha. You will be responsible for leading a team of teachers and contributing to the development of the school's Hindi curriculum. Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Hindi curriculum for grades 6-12
- Lead a team of 2-3 teachers to ensure effective teaching practices
- Design and deliver training programs for teachers on Hindi language and literature
- Collaborate with the school administration to plan and execute Hindi-related events and activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations to enhance the school's Hindi programs
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to ensure student progress
- Provide guidance and support to teachers on lesson planning and instructional strategies
- Develop and implement a plan to improve student outcomes in Hindi
- Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate Hindi with other subjects
- Represent the school in local and national Hindi language and literature events
What You Bring
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized university
- TET/CTET certification preferred
- 2+ years of teaching experience in Hindi language and literature
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes in Hindi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administration, and external partners
