What You Will Do
* Develop and implement the Business Studies curriculum for Classes 11 and 12, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines and Goodwill International Foundation School's academic standards.
* Teach Business Studies to Classes 11 and 12, using a range of teaching methods to engage students and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their teaching skills and achieve their career goals.
* Participate in the school's assessment and evaluation process, providing feedback to students and parents on their progress.
* Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement the school's academic policies and procedures.
* Lead the Business Studies department, providing strategic direction and ensuring that departmental goals and objectives are met.
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and the wider community.
* Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of Business Studies, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into the curriculum.
Required Qualifications
* A post-graduate degree in Business Studies or a related field (M.Com, MBA, or equivalent).
* A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
* A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record of academic achievement and leadership.
* NET or SET qualification is preferred, but not essential.
