Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Design and deliver the Physics curriculum for Classes IX to XII in line with the state board guidelines. Conduct practical sessions, laboratory experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and assessments, and evaluate student performance through regular tests and exams. Provide timely feedback to students and parents, and maintain accurate academic records.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in school development programmes, co‑curricular activities and science fairs. Mentor junior faculty members and assist in the organisation of inter‑school competitions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and school policies as required.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Physics or a related science discipline. Must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. TET/CTET certification is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level, preferably in a school setting.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.35,000 – Rs.60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
