Iteach School invites applications for the PRT Dance Teacher position to lead dance classes for students. This role involves teaching structured dance techniques, including ballet, modern, and contemporary styles, while fostering creativity and discipline. You’ll design engaging lesson plans, maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, and collaborate with other teachers to integrate dance into the curriculum.
Your responsibilities include conducting daily classes, assessing student progress, and ensuring proper alignment with school policies. You’ll also assist in organizing school events where dance performances are required, ensuring students develop confidence and technical skills. Hands-on experience in teaching dance to children is essential for this role.
To qualify, you must hold a graduate degree along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Three years of relevant teaching experience, particularly in dance, is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it will be highly beneficial. The salary for this full-time position is Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, based on performance and experience.
