Day-to-Day Duties
Plan daily Hindi rhyme sessions with gestures and props for maximum recall.
Conduct circle-time conversations entirely in Hindi to build listening skills.
Organise sand-tray letter tracing, hopscotch Hindi alphabets and nature walks naming local plants in Hindi.
Create picture cards of fruits, animals and colours for vocabulary building.
Lead storytelling with exaggerated voices and follow-up drawing or clay work.
Set up pretend play corners—dokaan, chaupal, bus—where children use Hindi phrases.
Maintain a daily observation sheet of vocabulary gained and social milestones.
Collaborate with the NTT team to rotate activity corners every fortnight.
Eligibility
Post-graduate degree in Hindi or M.A. Hindi with B.Ed or M.Ed preferred.
Minimum two years of experience teaching Hindi to pre-primary children.
Familiarity with D.El.Ed or NTT curriculum frameworks helps in planning.
Experience with activity-based teaching in rural Maharashtra classrooms is an asset.
Salary and Benefits
Rs.120,000 - Rs.30,000 per month salary band, paid in twelve equal instalments.
