Key Responsibilities
- Design and teach Physics lessons to students of various age groups
- Prepare and maintain lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports
- Utilize digital tools such as Google Classroom and LMS to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
- Develop and implement project-based learning activities that integrate Physics with other subjects
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
- Participate in school events and activities, including science fairs and exhibitions
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Physics education and incorporate this knowledge into your teaching practices
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Physics with a minimum 55% marks
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree with a minimum 55% marks
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Digital literacy, including proficiency in Google Classroom, LMS, and other online teaching tools
- Experience with blended learning and project-based learning approaches
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons using digital tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
