- Developing and implementing curriculum materials for English language and literature
- Coordinating board exam coaching and preparing students for assessments
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement integrated learning activities
- Participating in parent-teacher meetings and communicating with parents regarding student progress
- Maintaining a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment
- Encouraging student participation and creativity through interactive learning methods
- Utilizing digital resources to enhance teaching and learning
Required Qualifications
We seek a highly qualified and experienced PRT English Teacher who holds a B.Ed degree and has a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. A valid D.El.Ed or B.Ed certification is essential. While TET or CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Your proficiency in English and Odia languages is a must, and knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage.
