We seek a dedicated professional to lead physical education activities at Abs Oxford International School in Niali, Cuttack. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and overseeing sports and fitness programs while ensuring alignment with school policies and student development goals. To qualify, hold a graduate degree along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Experience in physical education management or sports coordination is essential, with at least two years of relevant work in a similar capacity. In this role, you will plan and coordinate daily sports sessions, including games, fitness drills, and outdoor activities. Collaborate with the school’s leadership team to integrate physical education into the broader curriculum, ensuring engagement and participation across all grade levels. Develop and maintain records of student performance, attendance, and participation to support academic and extracurricular evaluations.
You will also represent the school at local sports events, competitions, and community initiatives, fostering a competitive yet inclusive spirit. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including equipment handling and emergency preparedness. Work closely with administrative staff to streamline scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for sports programs.
A dynamic and proactive approach will drive this role, where creativity in program design and strong interpersonal skills are key. The salary for this position is Rs.17,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, with opportunities for growth in leadership and management within the school’s physical education framework.
