Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Art And Craft lessons that cater to different learning levels and abilities
- Create engaging and inclusive Art And Craft activities that promote creativity and self-expression
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to support learners with varying needs
- Provide one-on-one support and small group instruction to learners who require extra help
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Art And Craft curriculum
- Maintain a safe and organized Art And Craft classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress
- Stay updated with the latest Art And Craft pedagogy and best practices
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall growth and development of St. Xavier School
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Art And Craft. Preferably, you should have completed the TET or CTET.

- Experience in teaching Art And Craft to learners with varying abilities and learning levels
- Ability to create inclusive and engaging Art And Craft activities that promote creativity and self-expression
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with learners who require extra support
