Eligibility Criteria
Must have:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic ICT skills.
Nice to have:
- TET/CTET certification.
- Experience in rural or diverse classrooms.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools.
