Role
Abs Oxford International School | Niali is hiring a full‑time TGT English Teacher for its campus in Niali, Cuttack, Odisha. The position involves teaching English to secondary students and contributing to the school’s academic environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school curriculum, covering literature, grammar, and communication skills. Assess student progress through assignments, tests and projects, providing constructive feedback. Maintain classroom discipline, prepare teaching aids and support co‑teachers in interdisciplinary activities. Participate in staff meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and school events as required.
Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET or CTET, though it is not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English at the secondary level, preferably in a school setting. Experience with modern pedagogical tools and classroom management is desirable.
Compensation
Salary ranges from Rs.13,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is a full‑time appointment with standard school benefits.
