Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Art and Craft lessons for PRT classes, aligning activities with the school curriculum and age‑appropriate learning outcomes.
Create and maintain a well‑organized, safe, and inspiring classroom environment that encourages creativity and hands‑on exploration.
Prepare and manage all art supplies, tools, and materials, ensuring they are stored properly and used responsibly.
Assess student work through observation and simple portfolios, providing constructive feedback to nurture individual artistic growth.
Collaborate with class teachers to integrate Art and Craft projects into broader thematic units and school events.
Organize exhibitions, displays, and cultural activities that showcase students’ work to parents and the school community.
Maintain attendance records, lesson logs, and required documentation as per school policies.
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory
TET/CTET certification preferred
Key Skills
Strong command of basic art techniques, craft materials, and visual presentation.
Ability to manage a classroom of young learners with patience and enthusiasm.
Good communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
Organizational ability to plan lessons, prepare resources, and keep records.
