Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans for Hindi classes.
Explaining complex grammar concepts and literature in an easy-to-understand manner.
Conducting regular assessments, grading assignments, and providing constructive feedback.
Managing classroom discipline and fostering a positive learning environment for all students.
Organizing Hindi Diwas celebrations, poem recitations, and other cultural activities.
Participating in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and development.
Maintaining student records and contributing to school administration tasks as needed.
