Role

Qualification
A graduate degree with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory for this position. Possession of the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate is highly preferred. Candidates must have a strong command of Hindi, including both written and spoken proficiency. Experience in teaching Hindi to students in the Odisha curriculum is a plus.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. Familiarity with English-medium schools in Odisha is beneficial. Experience in designing lesson plans for lower secondary students is advantageous. The role requires adaptability to diverse learning styles and a passion for fostering a love for Hindi among students.
Compensation
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.20,000 to Rs.25,000.
