About PGT Accountancy Teacher Vacancy in Kendujhar
We are seeking an experienced and qualified PGT Accountancy Teacher to join our faculty. The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, a Master's degree in Accountancy or a related field, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
What You Will Do
1. Teach Accountancy to students in the senior secondary classes, using a range of teaching methods and materials.
2. Prepare students for board exams and other assessments, providing individualized support and guidance as needed.
3. Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and other teaching materials that meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
4. Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and programs related to Accountancy.
6. Participate in departmental meetings and activities, contributing to the development of the Accountancy department.
7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
8. Communicate with parents and students regarding student progress and other matters.
Required Qualifications
1. Postgraduate degree in Accountancy or a related field (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com).
2. B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree.
3. CTET/TET clearance is not required for this role.
4. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school.
5. Strong knowledge of Accountancy and related subjects, as well as teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.
