Role Summary

As a Physical Education Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate them to develop their physical skills and a lifelong love of sports.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver Physical Education lessons to students in classes 9-12
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students in Keonjhar Sadar
- Engage with parents through regular meetings and updates on student progress
- Organize and participate in school sports events and competitions
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Physical Education programs
- Participate in school-wide events and activities, such as Sports Day and Health Week
- Develop and implement assessments to monitor student progress and performance
- Provide guidance and support to students as they prepare for board exams
Eligibility
- Post Graduate degree in Physical Education or a related field
- B.Ed or M.Ed degree
- NET or SET qualification (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Physical Education curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
