5. Maintain a well-organized and student-centered classroom environment that promotes positive values, respect for peers, and an appreciation for nature.
6. Communicate regularly with parents through regular progress reports, parent-teacher meetings, and parent-teacher association activities to build strong partnerships and ensure student success.
7. Participate in school-wide events, workshops, and training programs to stay updated on best practices, technologies, and methodologies in EVS education.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Science or Education (B.Sc. or B.Ed.) with a specialization in EVS or a related field. A postgraduate degree (M.Sc. or M.Ed.) is preferred. Three years of experience in teaching EVS or a related subject at a primary or lower secondary level is required. Candidates should be familiar with the curriculum and assessment frameworks of the Odisha state board.
