PRT Odia Teacher – St. Xavier High School, Keonjhar Sadar, Kendujhar, Odisha
Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Odia language lessons for primary classes, ensuring age‑appropriate content and interactive activities. Monitor student progress, maintain classroom discipline, and prepare simple assessments as required by the school. Participate in staff meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and school events.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET. Minimum two years of teaching experience in a primary school setting, preferably handling Odia as a subject.
Experience
At least 2 years of full‑time teaching experience in a school environment, with proven ability to engage young learners and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly remuneration ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full‑time position with standard school benefits as per institutional policy.
