Monitor student progress through informal assessments and observations.
Communicate regularly with parents about student participation and learning.
Participate in morning assemblies, PTMs, and school-organized celebrations.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Social Science, History, Geography, or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary grades.
Familiarity with Odisha state curriculum and classroom engagement methods.
Ability to teach in English and Odia comfortably in a mixed-language classroom.

Monthly salary ranges from Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000 based on experience and qualifications.
