Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Foster a love for literature and language through interactive and practical activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum-based projects
- Engage with parents and guardians to share student progress and set goals
- Participate in school events and activities that promote community involvement
- Develop and maintain a well-stocked library and resource room
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in English or a related field (M.A.)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- CTET or TET certification is not mandatory for this role
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
