Collaborating with the academic team to assess student progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
Maintaining discipline and creating a supportive learning environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree in Hindi or a related field is mandatory. Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is essential for teaching roles.
Three years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in Hindi or language education, is required. Prior experience in Odisha schools would be an asset.
A valid Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate is highly preferred but not mandatory for this position.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000. The role is based in Khorda Sadar, Khordha, Odisha, offering a conducive environment for professional growth and personal development.
