- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum projects.
- Participate in staff training and professional development programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assignments.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Preference given to candidates who have appeared for TET/CTET.
- Strong knowledge of Biology and educational pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
