Delhi Public School in Sundargarh is seeking a dedicated TGT Chemistry Teacher to join its faculty. The role requires a passionate educator with a strong grasp of chemistry concepts to inspire and guide students in high school chemistry.

You will design and deliver engaging chemistry lessons, covering topics from basic atomic structure to advanced organic chemistry, ensuring alignment with the latest CBSE curriculum. Daily classroom instruction includes hands-on experiments, practical demonstrations, and interactive discussions to foster critical thinking. Prepare and maintain well-organized lab materials, ensuring safety protocols are followed strictly. Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and periodic examinations, providing constructive feedback to help them excel.

Collaborate with the science department to integrate chemistry with other subjects where relevant. Participate in curriculum planning meetings to refine teaching methods and address student learning gaps. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and participation in school portals. Actively engage with parents through parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic progress and encourage home support.

Hold yourself accountable for meeting lesson objectives, adapting teaching strategies for diverse learning needs, and ensuring all students achieve mastery in core concepts. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, along with a postgraduate degree in chemistry as the primary qualification. Two years of relevant teaching experience is required, though prior experience in chemistry education is preferred.
