PGT Punjabi Teacher Job in Amritsar, Punjab
Dips School | Rayya in Amritsar is seeking a dedicated Punjabi Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) to lead language instruction in senior classes. This role focuses on shaping students’ linguistic skills, cultural understanding, and creative expression through Punjabi literature, grammar, and modern language practices.
The teacher will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and integrate contemporary Punjabi content—including poetry, folklore, and regional literature—into the curriculum. Collaboration with the academic team ensures alignment with school standards while fostering student engagement through interactive workshops and extracurricular activities.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Punjabi along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Punjabi or related subjects is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, prior experience in Punjab schools will be an asset.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in Amritsar’s vibrant educational environment. This position is full-time and based in Amritsar 1.
